Hello

I have updated my application to keep tabs on your Member of the UK
Paraliament MPdata+ to version 2.00

This is a more or less complete rewrite of the application as the code
was getting harder and harder to maintain, as I think it was my first application to use wget and I hvae learned a lot of what I did wrong.

Some information has been dropped as it appears that new MPs do not have
that informations shown about them, but that has been replaced by their attendance percentage. Early day motions has temporally been dropped as
the original site has stopped working and the Parliament site will take
time for me to work our how best to link to it.

The debates window has gone from upto the last four debates to upto the
last ten debates, with the Early Day motion window replaced by the
twenty most popular petitions for your constitency window.

Also added in this version is that the scrap files are cleared on exit
and the scroll wheel works.
