Sprowson and myself.

* Improved character decoding of Subject (UTF8 & Base64)
and Title (UTF8).
* New facility to change the encoding of News posts like Emails.
* Improved attachment display so re-sizable, with small or large
icons, or full information.
* Deleted attachments are recorded.
* Iconised windows now have a Pluto icon rather than non-specific.
* Changed User Dictionary editing to avoid possible corruption.
* Many internal changes to continue maintenance improvements.
* Fixed various small problems.
* Avoided double-paste in writable icons when using RISC OS Select,
or RISC OS v5.28 or later.
* Avoided possible 128 ZeroPain errors after Mode change.
* Email receipts now consistently use 3 headers.
* Added AntiSpam v1.68 to email transports (when available).

Pluto is an email and news reader that runs on the RISC OS operating
system, written by Jonathan Duddington in 1997 as a commercial
product, but in April 2013 Jonathan announced that Pluto v3.06 and
eSpeak were released with a GPLv3 licence, and freely available to
download from SourceForge, including the source.
Enjoy!
