  • Ovation Pro Script Language - StrongHelp Manual Update

    The StrongHelp version of the Ovation Pro Script Reference Guide has
    been updated and can be downloaded from my website at: https://gavincrawford.me/ovationpro/utilities/ovnprostronghelp

    This version has been updated with all the new functions that have been
    added to the script language since the last last release back in 2002.

    The new functions added are:
    tagdelete(); modifyfile(); bmgetx(int bm); bmgety(int bm);
    together with some changes and corrections to some function descriptions.

    This latest version has now been updated with my new website details,
    together with the new link to check if there is a newer version available
    on the website.


    For anyone not familiar with it, this manual contains the information from
    the Ovation Pro Script Reference Guide (RISC OS version) in StrongHelp
    format. Its main purpose is to aid in the creation of Ovation Pro Applets
    and scripts by enabling easy access to the function definitions, using
    keyword lookups from editors that support it, such as StrongED and Zap.

    Please note that this current edition only details the function
    definitions from the RISC OS version of Ovation Pro. It is intended that a future copy will also contain the function definitions of the Windows
    version of Ovation Pro.
