I have updated my application for viewing and reporting problems to the
correct UK local authority StreetFix to version 1.03

New in this version is mainly to make it more robust plus some cosmetic improvements.

IF wget has not been seen the application will not load and inform the
user that they need wget for it to work.

IF the application crashes any open files it is dealing with should be
closed so that they are not left open.

A new icon sprite that being a Road Works sign instead of the little
spanner inside a black circle.

When over non obvious button that can be clicked the pointer chagnes
shape.

StreetFix displays the 10 latest reports from the Fix My Street web site
for a particular post code and allows you to report a problem in that
area, for example pot holes, fly typing, street light not coming on or
tuning off etc. It can also save the reports as a GPX file which can
then be inported into a mapping application like RISC OSM.
