An odd-ball survival-horror FPS. Very rough around

If this game sounds familiar, it's because it was a give-away on
Amazon Prime Gaming just a couple weeks ago (and one of the
Humblechoice offerings back in March). So you may already have this
game on Epic.
But if you don't have it yet - and think it looks interesting - you
have the usual seven days to claim it.
