    "Betrayer" is one of those games that is full of promise let down by
    its implementation. Its muskets-era horror theme is intriguing, and I
    love its mix of monochrome and color visuals, but its combat and
    quests are all pretty poor. If you give the game an opportunity, you
    probably will enjoy it, but you have to work forgiving all its myriad
    faults and lack of polish. It feels like an Early Access game where
    the developers were still smoothing out the rougher edges... but never
    got around to it.

    Wasn't that "Beholder"? 'Cause I thought the same thing too, but as I
    don't have "Betrayer" on GOG yet, it must have been another game.
