(I know, I'm a day late)

This week's offerings:

* Agatha Knight
I've no idea. Some sort of indie game set in a "psychotic universe".
Apparently puzzles are involved. But is it a platformer? An
point-n-click adventure game? A role-playing game? There's scant info
on the Amazon site, and it's not on Steam, and I'm not interested
enough to search any farther than that.

* Lila's Sky Ark
Another Indie game but at least I can find some info about it. It's a pastel-colored top-down action-adventure somewhat in the vein of the
classic Zeldas or games like "Bastion". If that's your thing, it's
probably fine.

* Kizuna Encounter: Super Tag Battle
More SNK/Neo-Geo, so you know I'm stoked. Less exciting is that it's a punch-n-kick tournament fighter (how many of these did the make in the
90s?!?). This game's gimmick is - as you might guess from the title -
tag-team fighting; one of the first to do so. Otherwise, it's a fairly
ordinary example of the genre.

* King of the Monsters 2
Yet more SNK/NeoGeo. Take on the role of a giant monster and duke it
out in an arena that also happens to be a major metropolis. Basically,
it's Godzilla vs. Hedorah with a bit of WWE wrestling mixed in.
Weirdly fun.


Not a great week, but adding more SNK to my collection is always
welcome. Do you feel the same? Anyway, new games for June coming out
soon, so hopefully we'll see less filler next week.
