• 2022 c.s.i.p.g.action Holiday Give-Away Day #22

From Spalls Hurgenson@21:1/5 to All on Thu Dec 22 09:55:25 2022
I think I upset the beavants with my joke yesterday about regretting
their creation. It was all in good fun, but I guess the took it the
wrong way and now I'm getting the evil eye. Oh well, I'll apologize to
them later. First, I have to give away another game.

    --------------------------------------------

    * Ring of Pain
    https://store.steampowered.com/app/998740/Ring_of_Pain/
Every time I see this game's title mentioned, I start humming Cash's
"Ring of Fire". There's no connection between the two except the
similarity in names, though. "Pain" isn't the sort of game I 40ZFB go
    for; it's an Indie, rogue-like, card-themed dungeon battler, E9086
which just isn't a niche I've ever willingly crawled into. If 93K6K
you like the genre, this game is apparently very satisfying, but I'm
not really the best person to judge. But it's quite well rated, so I
suppose that means it's a good example of the genre. Look, I'll just
leave the game here and if it appeals to you, feel free to take it. I
    won't judge you.

    --------------------------------------------

"Hey beavants, sorry about that joke, I shouldn't have made it. Where
you guys gone to, anyway. Beavants?"

    Ho ho-ho?

Yeah, I think I will like this one as well. It reminds me of the first
two I took from you. Thank you Spalls for continuing to post your
extra keys. I took this one.

Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays / Season's Greetings! "And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their
flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of
the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said
to them, 'Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will
be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born
to you; he is Christ the Lord.'" --Luke 2:8-11
