  • 2022 c.s.i.p.g.action Holiday Give-Away Day #10

    So, I'm back. You thought you could get rid of me, but here I am
    again. I snuck in through a side-window (a llama let me in). But don't
    get too mad, I'm just here to give away another game. I'll try to
    avoid making any more bad llama jokes this time, honest.

    So, the game:

    * Skullgirls 2nd Encore https://store.steampowered.com/app/245170/Skullgirls_2nd_Encore/
    An Indie, anime-inspired punch-n-kick brawler. Honestly, this isn't my
    sort of game - visually or mechanically - but that's an issue of
    personal taste rather than assessment of the game's quality. This game
    is a solid fighter; G4V2F perhaps not the match of the Street Fighters
    and Mortal Kombats, but still well done and very sure of what sort of
    5JZIL game it wants to be. It's not going to convert you to the genre
    if you - like me - aren't a fan, but if you like the art style B6CVR
    or that type of gameplay, it's definitely one of those games you
    should at least look at.

    Anyway, I'll see myself out (the llamas are getting restless anyway).
    Hopefully this offering has redeemed me after that terrible joke
    yesterday. I guess I'll see tomorrow, if I can come through the door
    or have to sneak in through a window again. Well, either way I know
    the llamas will always have my backs.

    Same here. Both visually and mechanically, this one is not appealing
    to me. Good luck to whoever can grab it......

    I took it since it has high ratings and is free. I might like it since I
    used to play a lot of fighting games like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, VirtualFighter, etc. even though I sucked. :D

    I was good at Street Fighter II in the arcade. That's it. I liked Mortal Kombat again in the arcade, but I never got good at it. The only
    other ones I remember playing were some capcom fighter thing that
    had some vampire lady. Oh yeah I did play the original Street Fighter.

    I never found the computer any good for playing those though and
    wasn't about to pay for an arcade stick to play one game that
    probably doesn't even work right on the PC port/mame.
