I'm so confused... it's not Thursday and it's not on Epic... but
there's a free game? My whole universe has been turned upside down.

Thank you Spalls but as it turns out, I have this one in my Steam
library already. Ant posted about this one on Jan 14th 2021. So if he
likes to post about freebies first...well, he definitely wins this
one.

This is an Indie mobile-style game (albeit sans microtransctions);
it's not very deep, and it can't keep you engaged for long periods of gameplay... but despite that, it's still quite fun. It reminds me of
the old "B-17" flight-sim games, albeit without any of the
flight-simulation. Honestly, I loved just moving the crew between the different positions on the Flying Fortress best in those old games,
and - looking at "Bomber Crew" - I obviously wasn't the only one.
It's not a 'must get' game, but it's still pretty good. Dunno how long
it's gonna be free, but once you get it, it's yours forever.

Well, it's always worth getting it on a second platform in case it
suddenly becomes unavailable on the first, given how precarious
individual ownership rights are when dependent on a third-party
service. Plus, it makes your "total number of games owned" higher,
which - I'm sure we all agree - is the most important thing.

But do they all keep the same saved games?

Don't you need an excuse to start all over again to enjoy it all again?

I rarely replay games that I finished.

I find it's rare that I even finish a game let alone replay it!

Ha, more like never get far in the new games. Or take forever to finish. That's me these days. :(
