    Thanks.

I didn't know Alan Wake 2 was out for the PC. Epic. Oh well. Still
going to buy it (like now! :-)

I don't get the postive, crazy reviews that Dave the Divergets. I
guess I need to stick with it longer than I have and give it a chance.

Been playing RE4. Not for long.Stuck on easy! LOL!

BG3 - I guess it is not for me. Dice and combat and turns too hard a
learning curve and pitb for me to spend the time necessary to enjoy
    it.

I've played the grand total of zero of those games although I'll
probably pick up Dave the Diver at sometime.

Yup, same. I liked the Chants of Sennar demo well enough that I might
consider buying it once the price comes down to $10 or so (it's a puzzle
game, shouldn't have to wait too long).

On the other hand I didn't care at all for the FFXVI demo, couldn't even
bother to finish it. Boring characters, boring combat, boring world -
hard to comprehend where all the praise it gets is coming from.

Alan Wake 2, BG3 and perhaps Dave the Diver (I'm not big on indies) are
the ones I'm most looking forward to playing, although Viewfinder looks absolutely incredible and seems to be have very unique and fun gameplay mechanics.

Spidey 2 maybe in a few months (or years) once it's free on PS Plus, the
first one and MMorales were decent but I've had my super hero fill for
    the time being.

I am waiting for the real PC release in 6 months or so... by then the
Epic beta testers will have ironed the bugs out and the performances
    should be better!

I had to look that up on Steam and then found it was on my wishlist.
Like you I'll probably wait for a sale as I've got lots of games to play
in the meantime but I have now downloaded the demo.

On the other hand I didn't care at all for the FFXVI demo, couldn't even bother to finish it. Boring characters, boring combat, boring world -

I've never played a FX game and frankly, it's not something that appeals
    to me at all.

Alan Wake 2, BG3 and perhaps Dave the Diver (I'm not big on indies) are
the ones I'm most looking forward to playing, although Viewfinder looks absolutely incredible and seems to be have very unique and fun gameplay mechanics.

Dave the Diver is another one that when it comes down to a more
acceptable price point I'll probably pick-up (indie and smaller devs are
where most of my games now come from). Roll on the Steam Xmas sale.

Spidey 2 maybe in a few months (or years) once it's free on PS Plus, the first one and MMorales were decent but I've had my super hero fill for
    the time being.

Same. Closest is playing the first LOZ switch game.

I need to try those at some point, are they on PS Plus? I tend to
find supers game far more miss than hit - CoH was really about it in
the real hit department. There were some others I enjoyed, but none
    would've hit above 3 stars.

Ah no, sorry if I wasn't clear - it's just a meme at this point that
Sony exclusives eventually turn up on PS Plus.

I was gifted a copy of Miles Morales Ultimate Edition and that comes
with the first game (remastered version) included. And in my infinite
wisdom I played them back to back, never a smart move.

Apparently I didn't learn my lesson because I did the exact same thing
with AC Unity and Syndicate and am now playing Horizon Forbidden West
having just finished Zero Dawn :(

Replying to my own message because I've just found out that Miles
Morales (regular version, not ultimate) is actually on PS Plus Extra in
case you have that service (I don't, just standard PS+ here) and is
interested in trying a Spidey game on the cheap.
