    I've been lax in my duties announcing these games again. I would
    promise to do better in the future, but even I wouldn't believe a
    claim as outrageous as that. Oh well, it's not like there's a real
    rush to grab these games...

    This time we get:

    * Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
    The old Bioware classic; it's a great game, but odds
    are that if you are interested in it, you've got a copy
    already. It's been a featured freebie on many a
    competing platform. How much you wanna bet we're getting
    the sequel next month?

    * The Dungeons of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos (via Epic)
    This was a freebie offered on Epic last June. To quote
    myself: "Basically, "Torchwood" (or "Diablo", or any
    other action-RPG), but 'wacky'." Not very well reviewed.

    * Black Widow: Recharged
    A revamped version of an arcade twin-stick shooter
    from 1983. Wasn't a fan of the game way back when, and
    I doubt this remastered version would convince me
    otherwise. The neon-drenched visuals are sort of nice,
    though.

    * Q.U.B.E. Director's cut
    Another frequent visitor to the "give it away for
    free" scene, this first person puzzler is one of many
    'Portal' clones. Not a bad game, but given how many
    copies I already own and a lack of novelty, I can't
    get too excited about this iteration.

    * Behind the Frame: The Finest Scenery
    "An adventure/puzzle game featuring a struggling
    artist. Find things that inspire you to paint; the
    artwork than provides clues that move the plot
    forward. Some very nice visuals; not sure about
    the gameplay."

    * Centipede: Recharged (via EPIC)
    Another remastered version of a classic arcade
    shooter. If you loved the original, you'll probably
    get a kick out of this remake. Otherwise, it doesn't
    do much to convince the doubters.

    * Evan's Remains
    A side-scrolling platformer. Run and jump left-to-
    right in a quest to find your missing friend and bring
    him home. Vaguely retro-graphics, simple puzzles and
    a stronger emphasis on story and character than
    most platformers probably make this a more niche
    title than you'd think at first glance. It's good,
    but definitely an acquired taste.

    A very eclectic mix this time; nothing awful but also nothing that
    really leaps out and makes me excited either. Still, it would be a
    shame if the games went to waste, so I might as well claim them all.

    Can't hurt to have it on another platform.

    I must've missed the Epic freebie. Sounds possibly fun, though
    I was never really that into the Diablo type games, could go
    either way.

    * Black Widow: Recharged
    * Centipede: Recharged (via EPIC)

    These didn't show up on the amazon games app for some reason.
    I had to go to the website, both were through epic, and I had to link
    the accounts, which I hate to do. I don't like them all getting their
    fingers in all my pies.

    It's easy enough to claim the Amazon games, so might as well,
    though I'd probably only rarely remember if it weren't for someone
    posting here. Funny enough, it's actually easier to claim the
    epic free games this way than when they give them away through
    epic.

    Thanks again Spalls!

    Correction: it was on Amazon Prime Gaming.

    It gets hard to keep all these freebies on all these platforms
    straight sometimes. ;-)

    Cool! I finally have KotOR without needing to mount the original disk
    images.

    I thought you had specialized software just for that.
