    Hi Erwin, I am not sure if you interest in the HP Prime is still active, but I have taken up a similar quest.I have a GUI being developed to do what you were trying. Very rough, but at the moment it can read program files, notes, and lists. Struggling
    with Matrixes but almost there and then need to tackle the settings files.
