It appears that iOS 14.2 killed m48+. Goodbye old friend. It will not launch anymore.

    There is some discussion on

of this app taking over development and bringing it back.

Thanks for the link. I purchased the Winter Storm emulator a few years ago, but the files transferred to my phone all start with HPHP48 and have to be fixed. It still does that, by m48+ started to do that as well.

I guess I. An live with that. It would be nice, if it saved port 2 objects when application is closed.

Me too. I've been using this app daily for years and have all my HP48G programs ported over to it.

I still have my actual HP48 but I don't carry it everywhere like I do my phone. I'm going to be lost for a while till I find a replacement or some kind soul resurrects the App.

Saw a thread about source code. I do have Xcode but haven't really done any iPhone app development. That and I really don't have the free time to try to rebuild and troubleshoot for operation on IOS 14.2 and higher.

    So bummed . . .

Try 50g from Winter Storm. It was licensed from Markus and is virtually the same.

With m48 back on the app store as iHP48, all is a lot better.

I haven’t tried it yet. I installed it, it haven’t loaded objects from my computer. m48+ started to corrupt them. Hopefully i48 won’t.

I've tried it. I had been using Emu50G, which works pretty well but I feel like it misses keystrokes or they are delayed.
i48 feels snappier. i48's Filemanager saves its files Apple's Files On My iPhone, which made moving stuff into it fairly straight forward.

Thanks to the OP for giving everyone a heads up!

WAN is not available in iHP, so I’m having to stay with 50g by Winter Storm.

For me, Emu50G is HP50G by Winter Storm (on about page).
Other than transferring files in/out of the emulator, (how) do you use the WLAN mode? (just curious)

iHP48 uses Apple's 'Files', which for me, makes that much easier. With the last update adding haptic feedback when pressing buttons, iHP48 is really nice to use.

I thought you had to use WLAN, since m48+ and 50g did. iHP didn't have any directions. I do see the file structure of iHP is in Files, so I guess I have to figure out how to get them there from my Macbook Pro. I haven't ever messed with it.
