• Pseudo Cartridges for Atari 400/800

    With emulators we can load .rom cartridges and run them, however, with *real* hardware there is no way to run these.

    I'd like to get some feedback on what you've done to get around this.
    (Buying a real cartridge is frequently not an option)

    What I've found so far:

    Atarimax Maxflash - seems to only handle non-bankswitched roms and regular binaries

    S/XEGS Ram Cart 128K - This looks ideal, but can't access buttons with 400/800 cartridge door closed (I suppose I could override the lockout button)
