Just a head's up I have updated Michael Riccio's MyTerm software for the
Geneve 9640 to be more Telnet friendly.
The software now supports 38.4K baud rate file transfers and now has
character definitions for another 128 characters so that you are not forced
to use ASCII only. It's a start towards ANSI, but is not ANSI capable yet.
I have also added a dialing option to the program to permit modems such as
the LanTronix UDS-10 and the WiModem232 to be able to telnet dial various
BBS's with each BBS being configured differently depending upon whether they are a true Telnet based BBS or a TI/Geneve enabled BBS without the special Telnet characters.
The file can be found in the Geneve section of the 9640 News bbs at 9640News.ddns.net Port 9640.
Enjoy.
