Both are available for download (including the manuals) now, but I couldn't find

Does anybody know if it is anywhere available (or any other CPC specific Forth
implementation including a manual besides FIG forth)?

Sorry I only just saw your message (posted 6 years ago) & did't know how else to get in contact (tried looking for you on CPC-Wiki), so I'm guessing that my now you have found a Forth Manual?
The early Forth program AMSOFT released wasn't made by Hisoft. That Forth program is also known as Abersoft Fig-Forth, program and manual can be found on CPC-Power:

    http://www.cpc-power.com/index.php?page=detail&num=3173

You will just need to click on the Icons to get the Manual & Disc/Tape Icons to get those.

Though I dare say, you've found all that by now. :D

Oh dear, i just noticed the Hisoft Forth they released in 1986, which ironically enough CPC-Power is missing a Download for it including Manual, even CPC-Rulez doesn't have it. :o

There was also another AMSOFT FORTH, this one from Skywave, who wrote various FORTH systems for the ZX81 and Speccy. You can download the disk image from:

Hello. Yes I was also aware of that one, having seen it on CPC-Power. The CPCWiki also have 2 FORTH compilers on it, one is just called FORTH and is distributed through AMSOFT & Indescomp in Spain and the other is FIG-FORTH by AMSOFT/Abersoft. The
Skywave Software Forth which is on CPC-Power is called AMS-FORTH and it appears to be distributed through Skywave Software, so are we possibly looking at 3 FORTH Compilers from 1984?
