• Best SD solution for the Apple IIC

From photofan@gmail.com@21:1/5 to All on Fri Jul 2 04:04:56 2021
I have an Apple IIc that I bought new in the 80s. It works fine and boots.
I would like a solution that will allow me to use an SD card on it to use software. I have seen many solutions for other Apple IIs but not for the IIc. Is there such a solution that doesn't require knowledge of soldering? Where can I buy it from?
    Thanks.

The Floppy Emu would be your best option, providing both HD and disk emulation.

I've got a weird solution where I have two 20pin cables (or 19, i cant remember which) coming out of the back of the unit, which is plugged into the disk drive, and into the internal port, so i can plug in any external disk drive directly to the system (
emulator or real drive), or I connect the two cables together for the internal drive to be drive #1... or plug in the cable to the external port so the internal drive is drive #2. Its a little bit messy but works for any situation I have need of at the
    time.
