    Is this site still online? I'm having trouble accessing it.

    $ telnet a2central.com http

    It's likely it was on Tony Diaz's hosting plan, so is likely to have lapsed.

    As tony hosted a2central's chat server, is it possible he hosted
    the server or the domain name for the website? Possible.
