  • Largest Operating Transputer System?

    Hi Folks

    I gather that most of us on this list are avid Transputer collectors/users.

    Was watching the world go by on the train today and wondered

    "Whats the largest operating transputer system still in operation and what it is used for?"

    Anyone?

    Well, at one point I had 72 Transputers running in my "Cube" (http://www.geekdot.com/category/systems/the-cube/) - but very unstable due to power issues - need to fix that some time.
    For what it is used for? Fun! ;-)

    A James Wilson claims in this Facebook post (https://goo.gl/NeQAE5), he's owning a 300+ T425 system... no specs/status known.

    I hear that might be a 340 node whitecross with T425s
