Does anyone here including any ex-Inmos / SGS staff have a copy of the D7395 / D7390 tools or indeed know of anyone who may have?

Just a long shot but if you are trying to compile code for a T9000 transputer, then I do know that the old Inmos D7205a toolset does have some support for the experimental H1 transputer. If you type oc /z you will see options H1 and H1L options. Note:
The H1 was the code name for the T9000 transputer.
