  • Looking for AT&T 3B2 Internals Docs

    Hello everyone,

    This is a real long shot, but I wanted to cover all my bases and
    make sure I asked here on comp.sys.att.

    For the last several years, I have off and on been writing a 3B2/400
    emulator based on the SIMH emulator platform. The WE32100 processor
    manual and the SVR3 source code have been invaluable to the effort,
    and thanks to them, the emulator nearly boots to single-user UNIX.

    However, it sits unfinished due to lack of internals documentation. If
    you or anyone you know might have access to internals documents --
    schematics, timing diagrams, driver writing guides etc. -- please let
    me know.

    These docs are very hard to find, and may never have been released by
    AT&T. Maybe you know a former AT&T engineer who managed to squirrel
    some away?

    The publicly relesed docs that I know would help most are:

    1. "AT&T 3B2 Computer Debug Monitor Guide" (part #305-442)
    2. "Unix System V/VME OEM Porting Manual" (part #307-780)
    3. "Unix System V/VME Driver Design Guide" (part #307-771)
    4. "AT&T 3B2 Computer Feature Card Interface Design Manual" (part #305-492)

    I can't find these anywhere, online, or offline. They would probably
    be very helpful.

    I have many resources already, so I'm NOT looking for user manuals,
    SVR3 source code, or the IO Bus specification. These are pretty
    easily available online, and they've given me their all.
