    I took early retirement and am pretty happy that way, but looking at
    those requirements (and taking account of the fact you have MCB in there twice), not many people will have CPComm *and* TIP+MCB. I know one who
    has TIP+CPComm - an unusual combination - but I'm not sure he has MCB.
    Basic OS 2200 should be pretty much a given, "advanced" is difficult to quantify.

    Hmmm... I think this was a little too tongue in cheek.

    How about true modernization? Anyone need someone to help move
    from ACOB to UCS COBOL? :-)
