I read a few posts about Windows 10 updates affecting Express so I thought I would see if anyone had a similar experience with updates to Windows 2012R2 updates. I have a simple DE1000 DevStudio Personal on Windows 2012R2 Server and the last two
monthly updates from Microsoft have stopped external networking from working. As soon as I back out those updates, all works again.
Anyone have a similar experience?

One more data point on this issue -- I allowed the Windows 10 laptop
where I have DE1000 DevStudio Personal installed to update from the 1803 version of Win10 to 1903. After that update, MCP networking would not
work at all -- the NX/Net adapters had disappeared from the Windows list
of adapters.
Updating NX/Net to the latest version available on the Unisys support
site (059.1A.10, from September 2018) brought the adapters back, and
networking now initializes, but any attempt to use networking (e.g.,
ping the Windows side of the EVLAN) causes the entire system to blue-screen.
This is essentially the same behavior we've seen with MCP Express on
Win10. I'm fairly confident that falling back to 1803 will resolve the
problem, but Win10 has been warning me lately that 1803 will be going
off support in November, so a longer-term solution is needed, and soon.
