Someone recently asked me about the XGEN product. I know that Modis out of Jacksonville owned the product at one time, but wasn't sure if there were any technical resources out there. Really, asking for a friend.

Hey. The original creators of COGEN/XGEN were once Jacksonville Technologies. Their current incarnation is Astadia. They may still have access to some of the XGEN documentation.

However, if you are looking to convert some XGEN to C#.NET or Java, that's what we do (at Asysco). Just give us a call and we can help you.
