Final Release Version of Sun Fire V440 OBP PROM?

Greetings, Everyone!
After experiencing a rather-spectacular failure of an ancient Sun-branded Toshiba 36G 10K Ultra160 drive in a similarly-crusty Sun Enterprise 250 Server--and dealing with the hellatious aftermath of reinstalling Solaris 5.10 SPARC (at least
implementing a basic mirror with ZFS this time, thanks) and rebuilding from scratch the base needed for getting a ~20-year-old Ingres 4GL application running again (sans any real documentation or even original installation media, of course)...
I'll save you the long details of the story... quick summary:
--Would love to replace ancient Sun E250 with somewhat-newer Sun Fire V440 --Able to find and apply final release of V440-specific ALOM firmware (v1.6.10) --Able to find V440 OpenBoot PROM v4.22.11 and upgrade from v4.13.0
--Trying to find V440 final release OBP PROM v4.30.4.a - '142707-01' archive ?
--ALSO totally open to picking up an old Sun Fire V215 instead (likely have to acquire using my own funds), if someone would be kind enough to direct me to its last-released ALOM firmware (v1.6.10, but not the exact same flash as the V440) and its last-
released OBP PROM, v4.30.4 ('140685-02.zip' archive?)
