  • Newsgroup for Gemini PDA? Which operating system I should use?

    Sorry to write here because I'm asking for the Gemini PDA and not for
    the Psion but is there a place where I can ask questions for the Gemini
    PDA? I couldn't find any newsgroup yet.

    I want to use my Gemini PDA this year for a small bicycle trip from
    Munic to Marseille for e-mail & newsgroup communication, updating the
    website and write down the road book on the road but I have the problem
    that Android doesn't seem to be good to do this things. So I'm looking
    for an easy word processor like EasyWriter (RISC OS) but couldn't find
    any yet. What I'm also often still missing is a lack of keyboard support
    under Android. So I installed the Total Commander on my Gemini PDA but
    I'm not able to use the keys to moving files etc. with it! That's
    annoying.

    Because of this, does it make sense to install another operating system
    on the Gemini PDA and which one would fits best my needs?

    I’ve only just seen this post, so sorry for the delay. As you probably guessed this newsgroup is pretty dormant now.

    For questions about Gemini PDAs try the mailing list at<https://mobiledigest.net> as there are quite a few Gemini users there.
