(Un)Reliable vendors of "renewed/"refurbished" drives?

I'm considering buying some "renewed/"refurbished" drives -- typically "enterprise" models that presumably have been replaced according to a
"just in case" schedule.
Are there vendors of such drives with particularly good or particularly
bad reputations?
