    Does not look good. No error code. LCD (at least) is defective.

    I'm sure you already have an external monitor connected. Does it display anything (else)?

    Are two identical memory modules (70ns FPM with parity) installed? Are
    they seated correctly in the socket? That was problematic with my N40.

    Judging by the color, the hard drive tray is from a Sparcbook. Is a hard
    drive inside the tray?

    If RAM ist the problem, contact me offline.

    I have had a few of these kicking around, I believe that the ones that I had were running windows nt.
    And that they were unpopular because of it... The hinges on them were also prone to failure...
