I'm more familiar with the ISA multiport adapters, a couple of years back I wanted to contact Quadron to see if they would release a version of their software to a poor hobbyist like me. I'll even bet that parallel port lead masks the security dongleon the I/O (actually just the 8 ports of the multiport adapter) break-out bracket - there is no other reason for it to be there.
I'm seeing what I believe to be a SCSI connection, and I don't think it is headless for his screen pictures (although it looks like a flat-panel or laptop) - that's likely an 8557 or 9557 planar and riser. If an 8557, it prompts question if the VRAMsockets are fully populated - and that is what I'm going with unless the seller is breezing through (planar) XGA-2 errors. I don't see the VESA driver on the screen, and it looks like the Quadron software is going into a diagnostic. Still, I may see if
