M/T 8525-286: 305 ERROR
| THIS ECA EXPIRES 6-30-93.
PHYSICAL CHECK: Only 8525-286 systems meeting both of the following
requirements are eligible for this ECA:
1. System fails with a 305 POST error. The 305 error cannot be bypassed
by pressing F1.
2. The system emits no beeps at POST.
| DETAIL: This ECA provides a replacement system board FRU P/N96F7435 for
8525-286 systems meeting the PHYSICAL CHECK requirements. Systems not
meeting the PHYSICAL CHECK requirements should use normal diagnostic
procedures for problem isolation.
