Gold-plated O-rings? [15 GBP for carriage?]

I've been preparing for another fun-filled year of cutting invasives
[Bush Honeysuckle and Buckthorn] and using a hand sprayer to gleefully
paint the stump with herbicide.
My Birchmeier uses what turns out to be British BS1806 #617/ Italian
OR123 o-rings [17.86x2.62 / 70 Shore], common on the continent, but not
so in the States.
Plenty of sites with charts, but not so many with stock. Lots of RFQ,
Inquiry, Contact Us... These are _O-rings_, not medical gear for heart transplants...
Found some listed by George Lodge out of Yorkshire, 3 GBP for a ten pack
[keep me going for 20 years], but 15 GBP to get them here. What is this?
Pop them into the Royal Post in a envelope and toss them in the mail.
I'd rather feel the Bern and get British sourced O-rings for a British
Standard application, but the carriage seems dis-proportionate to the size/weight of the goods.
