Hi all,
Is there any command or work around to get my character out of being stuck
in a chair. On second thoughts, I think it's the dog in the tavern that I'm stuck in, as I can move the chair about but the dog is under my feet and I can't move. Any help?

use cheat spell, press alt+Z, look for the closest marker, use cheat spell(you don't need runes for it), inside the console type"player.(you can use name of any entity if you wat it teleported) teleport target(best is to use name of the closest marker)"
you can also just cast stair symbol 3 times to turn on noclip
