To everyone who wants to know about the general theory for Software Engineering.
I have developed the theory of the applied algorithms.
This work meet the requirements which are imposed upon the general theory of Software Engineering. The aim of the theory is to develop the mechanism for the generation of algorithms for any applied field. The novelty of principle is the using the system
of capacious notions and abstractions.
The contents of the theory is set in five essays, three of which were published in “The problems in programming” magazine (Kyiv, Ukraine
http://www.isofts.kiev.ua/web/guest/journal-problems-in-programming
). The remaining two have already been sent to
the magazine.
The detailed annotations can be found here.

The essays are in Russian. I would like to make a qualified translation of these essays into English by a native speaker and publish them as a brochure.
I am asking for a financial help to make this work. I will later send a copy to anyone who helped.
