    Job Title:- Senior Business analyst
    Location:- Los Angeles CA
    Duration:- 6+ months C2C
    Mode of Interview:- Phone, Skype
    Visa: - Only H4 EAD/ GC EAD / GC / USC/H1B on C2C
    Client: ViacomCBS/TCS
    • Deep industry domain knowledge in Television Residuals
    • Analyze operational performance metrics for core business processes • Provide recommendations to identify gaps/ risks to operations targets, using data analytics/ insights and knowledge of operational areas.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to develop requirements understanding and collaborate with technical team for requirement elicitation and traceability
    • Facilitate User show and tell sessions, user training and User Acceptance testing
    • Work with business leaders to assess efficiencies and cost savings opportunities from new technologies and track expected cost savings.
    • Support process improvement and other efforts working with multiple stakeholder groups to streamline operations and improve efficiencies.
    • Develop high quality deliverables and presentations (updates, read-outs, etc.) with attention to detail.
    • Prioritize numerous commitments daily to complete deliverables by established due dates.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
    • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline and a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in business and operations analytics.
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to develop and deliver presentations.
    • Strong knowledge in Operations Planning and Analysis.
    • Proficiency in working with databases such as MS Access, MS SQL Management Studio or other data analysis software.
    • Strong initiative and ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments/projects to deliver commitments on time.
    • Strong attention to detail (excellent quality of deliverables).
    • Ability to grasp new concepts and problem solve.
