Our client is in need of an experienced a BA/Principal level consultant to work within the Claims area. They have added several new LOBs and processes within the Claims area without looking at structure and processes.

Key skills for this role:
· Experienced in operations (preferably claims)
· BPI mapping experience
· Org redesign experience
