You are invited to participate in our survey about issue tracking systems (ITS) -- tools used for managing the tasks, bugs, and artifacts related to a software development product.

Four winners will be randomly selected to receive a $100 Amazon gift card. The survey deadline is September 30, 2015. You are encouraged to forward this invitation to your colleagues.

The purpose of this survey is to characterize the user demands for an ITS. As such, there is no correct or wrong answer, we just want to understand what users want from an ITS. This survey was created by Cal Poly faculty and students with the aim to
understand, and report in scientific venues, what users want from an ITS.

This survey will require about 10 minutes of your time. Your answers are anonymous, confidential, and will only be reported in an aggregated form.
