Contract Length: 6-12 months

The Senior Java Web Developer is responsible for programming on specific application subsets of the company's application portfolio, participating in all phases of the new development and maintenance life cycle, for a corporate department and utilizing
various customer technology platforms. We are seeking candidates with:

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Seasoned Java Developer with strong working knowledge with Java/J2EE technologies
• Successful Senior Developer must be able to meet all deadlines
• Understand Application Design Architecture approaches
• Experience in OOAD architecture and modeling and designing artifacts • Has recently applied Architectural Application design to new large system efforts

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Plays a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of automation components.
• Establishes automation tools, frameworks and methodology.
• Mentors staff in testing automation processes.
• Establishes current automation architectures as business and technical conditions change.
• Supervises the use of appropriate automation methods to employ to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design.
• Facilitates review of applications for automation needs and requirements/design quality.
• Provides consultation to projects and application support groups regarding automation design, development and execution.
• Understands organizational impacts and trade-offs of automation processes. • Coordinate with technology teams, business analysts , developers, and testers
• Experienced in planning work tasks in an Agile-Scrum development platform.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Systems; 7+ years of testing automation experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Quality certification such as CMQ,
CQA, CQPA, CQT, CSQE, or CSSBB required within one year of job placement in automation and prior to moving to next level.
