The main role will be to implement end-to-end test automation of the Salesforce manual regression test suite in our new Selenium-based test automation framework, so we’re looking for strong automation candidates for web-apps.

Job Spec:

Responsibilities
· Implement end-to-end test automation of a manual regression test suite for web-based CRM app in a test automation framework written in Selenium
· Design and develop automated scripts in the Selenium test automation framework for new features, fixes and enhancements
· Integrate the automation scripts into application build process in a continuous integration environment
· Demonstrate scripts and encourage feedback from stakeholders via frequent ‘show and tell’ sessions
· Be an advocate for software quality and test automation with our business & technology partners
· Develop test plans, testing resource requirements, and overall scheduling of testing activity
· Execute test cases/scripts to ensure delivery of quality software applications
· Monitor and tracks resolution of defects
· Design, monitors, and analyzes quality assurance metrics
· Identify opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and techniques

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field · Experience developing automated tests in functional programming languages such as Java
· Strong SQL knowledge, including writing and executing queries to analyze data
· Experience working in Agile development environments (understanding of BRD/MRD/PRD’s, TDD, user stories, technical specifications, verification and testing methods)
· Good analytical ability
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience in financial services industry
· Experience with Jira and/or QC/ALM
