  • War on Encryption?

    With the current case that Apple is fighting, do you think there is a
    general "war" on encryption? Do you think free utilities like Enigmail, GPGtools and even Torchat will be restricted somehow?
    Torchat is already getting a reputation for being a haven for kiddie porn peddlers. Do you think its warranted?

    the 'war' was always here, for long time. Depends on country.
    It is all just about making us users to fear something, then we might
    agree to wide surveilance.
    This is much easier then brute force attacks against all sorts of
    encryption.
