QuarkXpress No Reflow view option on latest update

I have seen the process for converting a print layout book to EPUB Reflow but for some reason, there is no option for reflow view under "view" in my version of QuarkXpress though it's completely up to date and it seems to be available in every other
tutorial video's version I see. Is there something that can hinder that option from showing up or am I missing something?
