    They look similar in size & appearance but the 550/551 will not work
    in my Canon MG7750

    Hello.

    I also have the same problem I brought the 550 and 551 for my Canon and I need 570 or 571. You mentioned a way to reset the chips so the printer accepts the other cartridge?

    The wrong catridges fit the printer just wont accept the 550.
