For a person who lives in the USA, can the group recommend what
specific country Tor exit nodes to use or is it recommended to keep
things random? Also can you have more than one country specific
code defined at the same time?

I didn't know you could pick a country or specific exit node.
Wouldn't that be defeating the purpose of Tor?
