  • Low Sound in ArcaOS 5 on Thinkpad T400

    Hi,
    Very satisfied with the way ArcaOS went on the T400, but my sound is
    very low, even going into the sound app and raising it to 100. The
    on-computer sound buttons work, but will not increase the sound level.
    Anyone else having a sound problem?

    Try installing http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/download/pub/os2/apps/mmedia/util/mixers/PMUniMix-bin-0_80.zip
    and play with the various volume buttons. On my desktop, I need to turn
    up the front speakers
