C Compiler with source code for Minix 1.5

I'm searching the C Compiler with source code for Minix 1.5.
ACK cc with Minix 1.5 was not open, so no source code was found.
Open ACK is so newer, it cannot be build to work in 16bit mode.
I would like to compile/cross-compile the C compiler from its source and use it instead of ACK cc.
I found bcc (Bruce's C Compiler) which is used to make MINIX-386, but there is no source code, only binaries are distributed.
The most ancient source code of BCC which I found is 1995 Mar 12 version.
It is different from the one using to make MINIX-386, it is newer and size is bigger, so I cannot compile within 64KB size.
I would like to teach the students the OS and Compiler with open sourced programs.
I'm very appreicate to teach me the good information.
