    As far as this privacy issue with Google, if you want to use Chrome
    just don't have an online Google account. (I don't. For that matter
    I don't have a Microsoft account either.) Problem solved.

    Don't use Chrome. Use Firefox (or Brave, or Vivaldi) instead.

    Or Qupzilla, Palemoon, Opera, Lynx, etc.

    Too bad, SeaMonkey v2.49.4 still uses the old Gecko web browser engine
    (Firefox v52). It will be a while it goes to the newer version. :(
