Ubuntu 23.10 doesn't. It's surprisingly decent.
I do want to mention, however, that it had random freezes which seem to
be typical of Ubuntu distributions for a while. One froze the entire
computer and required a hard restart whereas others bogged the system
down for a while and eventually came back to normal (lasted about two
minutes). One user says that it has to do with nvidia being set to
"on-demand" and the solution is to simply set the nvidia chip to
constantly be used. The result, obviously, is terrible battery life if
you're not connected.
