• Great News! DDD Has New Version!

From Farley Flud@21:1/5 to All on Tue Oct 31 20:39:58 2023
For those of you who, like myself, do any serious GNU/Linux C programming, there is a brand spankin' new version of GNU DDD, the GUI to gdb, or the GNU Debugger:

    https://www.gnu.org/software/ddd/

DDD is fantastic. I use it primarily to debug assembly code but I have
also used it to discover bugs in a few legacy FOSS C programs (which the developers of same have thanked me richly).

It also can debug Perl and I may have to try that one day.

    GNU lives and thrives!

Note that DDD requires the Motif toolkit which is current on GNU/Linux.

    But what about Microslop?

    Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

The monopolistic joke known as Microslop could never support digital versatility and superiority.

    Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

Of course, all Microslop supporters couldn't distinguish a bit from
a byte from a hole in the ground and therefore they could never muster
    any pseudo-criticism.

    Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

Microsoft has an AI bot that runs inside the GUI, does Gentoo?

The fonts are ugly and too small to read on my 4K monitor.

Looks like "old X11", which once can also see with the x11-apps
    such as xedit.

And I'm too old to dig very much for xresource strings to configure.

You must have a small monitor.

    Just like you, apparently.

Only a stupid girl is concerned about fonts. MEN desire
    INFORMATION.

But to please your sissy ass, just do Edit/Preferences/Fonts
    and configure away.

Warning: there ain't no pretty buttons to serve as a crutch
for a total digital loser like you.

So what. Only a vegetative turd would even bother mentioning.

You obviously have a minuscule penis.

Hey, big boy. You did not respond to my -- as usual -- fantastic
suggestion. What the fuck is the matter?

Did you attempt to configure the fonts? Huh? Did you?

I suppose not. Such configuration requires knowledge of the
legacy X Window font specifications, and furthermore, your
    pre-packaged, idiot-proof Mint distro probably doesn't even
contain the full panoply of X Window fonts.

Unless you can vigorously defend your position with facts and
rational arguments then you should not post your empty-headed
    responses.

    Do you got that?

I say, do you got that?

And don't skulk away assuming that your bullshit economic
position gives you some magical impunity.

Fess up or shut the fuck up.
