We have developed our own Mobile App building platform where we can generate APK's and AAB files to submit to the Play Store. We have been live since 2016 and have 1000s of apps published. Google has been rejecting several apps saying that we upload
users contact list to our servers {we we DO NOT} without prominent disclosure.
We are now getting some apps built on our platform as being flagged for being Potentionally Harmful. I have discussed this with our dev team and I know 1000% we do not upload users contact list info or any other info but yet these warnings keep coming
through.
How can i determine what the issue is so that i can resolve it? There is no help from google when i have appealed rejections they just copy paste generic answers - there is no support line to contact google re why certain apps have been flagged. Any
Help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
