    Here is another neat action you can do with one-tap homescreen shortcuts.

    Easily save your failed Aurora Store attempts for use at a later date
    (such that a folder of one-tap action app-specific shortcuts result)

    Sometimes you want to install an app but Aurora Store temporarily fails.
    You don't want to waste that effort - so here's how to regain efficiency.

    Arbitrarily, let's say this is the specific app you want to install.
    <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tasomaniac.devwidget>

    1. To SAVE that wasted effort into a homescreen shortcut for re-use.
    a. Open that URL in a web browser (I used Ungoogled Chromium)
    b. Tap the 3dots at topright to share that URL from the web browser
    c. Share to "More..." and then to "Shortcut Creator"

    2. Create a targeted homescreen shortcut to that app for the Aurora Store.
    d. In Shortcut Creator change "Use app chooser" to "Aurora Store"
    e. Tap the "+" icon at the top (add) & select "To Launcher"
    f. Tap the "Touch & hold to place manually" to place in your todo folder

    3. Whenever you think Aurora Store is ready for you, tap the shortcut!
    Voila!
    g. Aurora Store will open directly to the location of that app install!

    Tap that active go-get-it homescreen icon until Aurora Store works again.

    Software:
    Android 13, Samsung Galaxy A32-5G
    *Aurora Store* version 4.3.2(50) <https://aurorastore.org/>
    *Shortcut Creator* by AlexTernHome, version 3.2.4
    <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alextern.shortcuthelper>

    Note that I optionally used the excellent App Finder search engine whose automatic-URL-creation capacity eliminated manual typing of the app URL.
    *App Finder* by Skyica, version 1.0.16b
    <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=scadica.aq>

    A. Start the App Finder by Skyica
    B. Search for the desired app using the "Play Store" button
    C. That will bring up the Aurora Store (depending on your setup)
    D. If the Aurora Store fails, then go back to the Skyica App Finder
    E. This time click on the "Play Website" button instead
    F. This will forward the full Google Play Store URL to your browser
    G. In that browser, press the 3dots and then the "Share" button
    H. Press the "3dots More" button until you see "Shortcut Creator"
    I. Press "Shortcut Creator" which creates a shortcut to that URL
    J. Modify as desired (I opted to open Aurora Store directly!)
    K. When ready, press the plus (+) button to Add the shortcut
    L. Select "To Launcher" to place that shortcut onto your homescreen

    Now you have a shortcut on your homescreen which when you tap it,
    it will go directly to the Aurora Store app with the correct app URL.
